WEVL's 20th Annual Blues on the Bluff®
For 20 summers, WEVL has rented the grounds of the National Ornamental Metal Museum in Memphis to host one of its most popular fundraisers. High on the South Bluffs with the Mississippi River as a backdrop, past concerts have showcased some of the mid-south's premiere blues, soul, and rhythm and blues artists.
July 19 is no exception, with The Bo-Keys, Robert "Wolfman" Belfour, and
Blind Mississippi Morris & The Pocket Rockets. But instead of a two-part event, the station is throwing one bigger and even better Blues on the Bluff® to celebrate the 20 years of the summer's best party. Showtime is 6:30.
