Guided Wetlands & Gardens Tour by Oaklands Curator & Master Gardener Connor Moss

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Join Oaklands Mansion’s Curator and Master Gardener, Connor Moss, for a unique tour exploring the former grounds 2 p.m. April 29 at Oaklands Park, now open as a public park. The tour will leave from Oaklands Mansion’s Visitors Center.

Oaklands Mansion is nestled in Oaklands Park, a native tree arboretum and natural wetlands, which includes Maney Spring as well as heritage and native gardens. These three components of Oaklands Park provide a setting to learn about uses of plants, both in history and in modern times.

Admission for the grounds tour is $15 per person, and all proceeds will benefit the maintenance and preservation of the grounds. Reservations are required as space is limited. The entirety of the grounds tour will take place outside and requires extensive walking.
