Nashville’s Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row Launching Rooftop Brunch This Saturday, March 31

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Newly-opened Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row in downtown Nashville will soon offer their weekend brunch on the venue’s rooftop—the highest rooftop on Broadway—starting 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 31. Led by executive chef Josh Groff, selections range from classic breakfast favorites to Whiskey Row specialties.

A BRUNCH ABOVE THE REST

House-made sauces, freshly baked bread delivered daily and a panoramic Broadway view are just the beginning. Guests can look forward to flavor-forward dishes every Saturday and Sunday including the Corn Cake Benedict, made with fresh corn cakes and topped with sautéed spinach and homemade creole hollandaise sauce; Monte Cristo French Toast, grilled brioche French toast stuffed with sliced ham & Swiss cheese and topped with powdered sugar and raspberry jalapeno syrup; Chicken & Waffles, featuring buttermilk fried chicken breast, white cheddar cornmeal waffles, pickled jalapenos and a drizzle of bacon honey; and the Blueberry Moonshine Pancakes served with whipped honey butter and blueberry moonshine syrup. The Dierks Scramble is also a great option for diners looking for a more customizable dish, with the option to make it your own by adding a combination of cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, bacon, ham, roasted chicken, green onion, mushrooms, spinach and jalapenos.

FRESH SIPS WITH A VIEW

A main attraction during Whiskey Row’s weekend brunch is the Mimosa Tower, a spectacle featuring champagne, freshly squeezed orange juice and a five-person minimum for $100. Other morning libations include the Bentley’s Bloody made with Effen Cucumber Vodka and a signature mix; Lipstick Collar with gin, pamplemousse rose, lemon, raspberry and sparkling rose; Strawberry Persistence with vodka, bitters, lemon and strawberry puree and bubbly; Froze; and a variety of flavored Bellinis.
